Company sheet G-001
Four divisions. One name on the contract.
FT Companies was built by tradesmen who spent years pouring, grading, building, and hauling across Indiana before putting four divisions under one name. The company exists for one kind of client: the owner, developer, or general contractor who needs commercial scopes priced straight and delivered on sequence.
How the company is built
Most projects hire the ground game three or four contracts at a time: one sub cuts the pad, another pours, a third erects, a fourth hauls. Every handoff between them is a gap in the schedule and a debate about whose scope the problem belongs to.
FT was structured to remove those handoffs. Concrete, Site Services, Construction, and Hauling operate as divisions of one company, priced together or separately, sequenced by one scheduler, and answered for by one signature.
The office is in Kokomo. The crews and trucks work statewide. The paperwork holds up in a bid review.
Values
What the name stands for.
- V-01
Answer for the work
The crew that prices a scope is the crew that stands behind it. No brokered labor, no shrugging between subs.
- V-02
The schedule is the promise
Commercial work runs on sequence. When FT commits to a date, the trades behind us can plan on it.
- V-03
Paper as clean as the pour
COIs, stormwater documentation, inspection records: kept current through the job, not reconstructed for closeout.
- V-04
Safe enough to stop
Pre-task planning on every mobilization, and the standing authority for any crew member to stop work when something is off.
